I received the digital file very quickly. In looking it over I realized I chose the wrong hair color for my grandson, and the title was not in a font I cared for (font is not one of the choices when setting up the picture). I immediately asked if those two items could be updated, and within 48 hours I had a new file, and it was now perfect! They were total professionals and intent on pleasing their customers.
